Maggie-Davies1Maggie is a Personal Trainer and Sports massage therapist at Team Breakthrough in Box, and Sports Massage therapist at Walnut Grove Clinic in Portishead.

Having competed internationally in Bobsleigh and Bob Skeleton, in 2005 she made the British skeleton development programme, and went on to compete for Great Britain in 43 International competitions, achieving some amazing results, including a 2nd in the Americas Cup Lake Placid in 2006.

During her most successful season she represented Great Britain in the World Cup Squad with a best achievement of 7th place finish in the Winterberg world cup and concluded the season at the FIBT World Championships Altenberg, where she finished in 9th place.

Maggie has been a qualified personal training and strength coach since retiring from her skeleton career in 2009. She qualified as a sports massage practitioner at the London school of sports massage and has since worked with Olympic level sprinters such as Danny Talbot and Jamie Baulch.

She is a proud mother to the ‘crazy energizer bunny’ and future England rugby Captain Noah aged 2 who keeps her smiling, entertained and in shape!

Maggie will be taking a deck of cards with her as she is secretly (not anymore) an awesome poker player and has appeared on the sky poker channel twice.
